Directions
From Porlock High Street turn into Parson Street by the church. Continue up the street and pass the recreation ground on your left.
Some 300 yards after the recreation ground gates, take the first turning right into Mill Lane. This takes you over a short bridge in front of the mill and then round to the right.
Keep to the right when the road forks after 30 – 40 yards. DO NOT TAKE THE LEFT FORK UP THE HILL – this is a dead end with nowhere to turn.
You will now be on a level drive/track which runs above the stream. The drive to Amberton is the first on the left after about 150 yards.
